• The App is intended for users aged 18 and above.

2. Accounts & Security

• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of suspicious or unlawful activity.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

1. The App offers weekly, monthly, and yearly subscription plans.

2. Payments will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase.

3. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Renewal fees will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

2. In-App Purchases

1. Includes virtual gifts, premium features, and digital items.

2. All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

3. Refund Policy

1. Refunds follow the policies of Google Play / App Store.

2. Virtual content is non-refundable unless mandated by applicable law.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal, obscene, violent, or harmful activities.

• Reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the App.

• Impersonate others or infringe upon third-party rights.

• Use the App for fraudulent, commercial, or unauthorized activities.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content in the App, including software, design, images, and text, belongs to Digital Fun LLC.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercialize any part of the App without prior authorization.

6. Disclaimer

• AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for real-life decisions.

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes & Termination

• We may update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted in the App.

• If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the App.
